There are various neighborhood organizations in the Saint Johns area that have monthly meetings for anyone to attend:

Leavenworth Association meets every 3rd Thursday at 7 PM - First Lutheran Church.
The Midtown Alliance meets every 3rd Wednesday - Park Ave Cafe at Park Ave and Pacific.
Precinct Advisory Committee meets every 1st Tues at 7 PM - Southeast Precinct.
