This project is held annually by our neighbors at the First Lutheran Church. Donations brought to St. John's are delivered to First Lutheran to help them with the success of their Back-to-School Carnival program.

Supplies collected for the children are below:

* Back Packs (medium or large)
* Pens
* Pencils
* Erasers
* Notebooks (single subject, college ruled)
* Rulers
* Scissors
* Crayons (24 count)
* Colored Pencils (12 count)
* Pencil Sharpener (hand held)
* Pencil boxes
* Glue/Glue Sticks
* Pocket Folders

All of the above are taken to our neighbors at First Lutheran Church who hold a back-to-school event for our neighborhood children. Our friends are always delighted and surprised by our support.

Also donated directly to Jackson School are new "emergency" socks and underwear for the school nurse's office.
